Um, that is quite a drop there, my friend. Guess that the fluid build up is going away and you are really beginning to see the true results of Dr. Art Teest!!

Hi everyone! I wiped myself out earlier writing emails, then showered - even put on make up and did my hair! LOL... But that wiped me out and I've been in a reclining postion ever since! So I'm up and thought - Oh, I should journal and had forgotten I'd recorded my weight this morning. So yes... the swelling is going down! I'm so glad! The funny thing is, my waist is STILL an inch bigger than pre-surgery, but looks a bit smaller (between the lipo "sculpting" on the flanks and the bit of excess skin being gone, makes it look smaller). I'm sure once all the swelling is gone, that inch and ... too much to hope for? An additional inch? That would be awesome! I'm feeling better...now mostly just head congestion and post surgical pain and tiredness. I'll TAKE that, though! I'm not so fearful of complications now...that's good. Even thought about exercise...NOT to do it, just had that thought go thru my head...wonder how long til I feel I want to, let alone can do it? So much more positive now, though. My husband has been incredible... STILL sleeping on the sofa next to me! I think he's nuts! I'd go up to our comfy bed. I'll probably be sleeping in the chair another several days, at least, maybe up to another week. Can't stand upright all the way yet. Such a WEIRD feeling! lol... but I'm not regretting any of the surgeries yet. That must be a good sign. I'm really liking what that Art Teest has done! LOL... I see Klannoye has gotten hold of you! Yeah, I told him the name... was I drugged? hmmm... I don't know. So much is a blur now. Drug addled mind! Can't imagine going through life like this... how do they DO it?? I AM sleeping, though! so nice to sleep deep and soundly. I had to stop my melatonin and/or 5-HTP two weeks before surgery and I just couldn't sleep worth a damn for those two weeks. Hey, it'll be two weeks since my surgery tomorrow! I'm glad... I'm sure I'll be ecstatic in another week or two - be able to move around, more healed... less swelling. Oohhh... life is GOOD! (I'm actually NOT on drugs at the moment... just whatever residual is in there from last night!) Thanks for ALL the prayers and good wishes and support! Trust me, that has made THIS process so much easier!
