setting myself a new goal -Pride in Londonon the 29th June. Would like to Wear a vest Without feeling so self Conscious about my arms. I love taking part in these challenges they motivate me & they Certainly helped With my Weight loss .Aim to Continue & maintain new lifestyle changes .Good luck everyone :)
166.0 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
