...so... I came clean :) I recorded my penut/grapes binge on yesterday's snacks entry and I ate today too :) The pounds went up, but I don't think it's "real"....(it doesn't make sense caloric wise)... or maybe I did not loose so much in such short time. It doesn't matter now. I tried to make-up for what I ate yesterday by exercising more today. I discovered that I can set up the eliptical machine to a higher resistence, I pushed it up to 100, so I burned more cals. Anyway, it was a pretty good day. I expect a better one tomorrow.
