9st 2 (2 off at WW) Got my 50lb certificate at WW Wed which was both unexpected and delightful! I celebrated with a fab tower pud at a nearby pub, see my profile pic! Whether I shall manage to maintain this low is another matter, I'm quite happy around the 9.5st mark so not too worried if I don't, but I'm just happy that I achieved it just for the hell of it, and before my birthday which was my deadline, if I hadn't done it by then I wasn't going to push it :-)
128.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I meant to say, I love your picture, I saw it earlier and it made me giggle... Certificate and cake ! 9 stone 2 !! At least you can go up a few pounds without it being anything to worry about. I haven't been 9 stone anything for a couple of years but I'm going to do it this year. Well done to you

It was funny as the WW meeting that day was about setting realistic mini targets and non-food rewards... Oops!! Glad you liked the pic :-) You'll be posting yours soon, you're doing so well :-)
