I binged today... first time since I've started this journey. Feeling really discouraged and disappointed in myself because I was going so strong for so long!! Although I did binge eat today I binged on : a small bag of flaming hot cheetos, 9 pizza rolls, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup with my sausage. Beforw I may have binged on a large bag of the cheetos, half a bag of pizza rolls, and maybe went and got a shake or ice cream so although I slipped up..... its still an improvement from where I started and I know I want to continue on this journey
