1672 kcal Fat: 107.35g | Prot: 101.75g | Carb: 38.92g.   Breakfast: Hannaford Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese,  Scrambled Egg , Johnsonville Sausage Patty, Now Foods MCT Oil,  Butter ,  Coffee. Lunch: Michelob Ultra Light Cider,  Frozen Blueberries, Vlasic Snack'mms Kosher Dill Pickles,  Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk) ,  Almonds , Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Smoked Ham. Dinner:  Green String Beans,  Broccoli , Shrimp, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other:  Peanuts, Babybel Mini Original Cheese. more...
