I'm determined. Plus I'm doing Body Combat on Thursdays. And walking at least a mile everyday. I do not over eat. And I drink water like its my job.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
