wow.. i couldn't help myself had to weigh in this morning. i need 1 more pound by friday!! for my goal of 167 i am soo stoked. i am disappointed that i wound up talking on the phone to my bf instead of going for my walk. but i at least got my 23 strip tease workout in. maybe i will ad another carmen elektra workout today. i should really try to eat a little more today though and I hardly drank any water. i hate water so much but i feel bloated today from not drinking enough. i think the only liquid i had yesterday was 2 cans of diet coke. coffee and 1 bottle of water(if that).
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
