I've been super busy this past weekend with the Launch of my new business, church and such that I didn't get a chance to log onto here to put in my foods...don't even remember what all I ate...Friday night, I didn't eat much until a late dinner stop at IHOP..did well until I ate a pancake...thought I was going to throw up all night! Then again Saturday, I was busy cleaning house/cooking for my part..by the time I slowed down, I was starving and dove into the homemade chili and a cookie! Sunday, I didn't eat a lot but I did stay on plan..today I've done well! Finally down a couple pounds..right at the time that I'm PMSing and will start retaining fluid!!!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
