19.3% 31" (4lbs down from yesterday, fasted while working until 3:30 18.5 hrs), waist same, but bf rose, BIA bf read may be off, or may have lost muscle and/or water today while fasting
147.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
