Trying not to diet. Decided diets have not worked for 30 years and all successfully done was get fatter. So out with diets. I now only eat when hungry try to stop when satisfied eat what I want no banned foods and I try to eat slower. Still have days where it all goes out window but working for me at the moment as it Is more a way of life than a diet 41kg gone 26 left to go so over half way
