Slow going but nearly at the weight I want to be so it’s going to be harder 🙄will keep plodding on and being on this app is a great help! I love reading everyone’s progress and seeing all the meals for inspiration 😊
133.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mines a slow burn too Jakko, this app is so great for identifying patterns, I seem to go down, down, up a bit, down, down, up at bit again and the cycle repeats 😂 slow and steady wins the race eh! You're doing fab!!
