Must remember to not get lost. My everything hurts after yesterday. Anyone reading this...never ever get lost in the woods when you are wearing flip flops. I'll take the drop though! Deserve it for sure.
247.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
