Small loss but in the right direction, now going for early morning walk, been hampered by very painful in grown toe nail and couldn’t wear shoes( ok now) and I live in a small bungalow so walking indoors is limited. Still on lockdown for now, god I want to hug my grandson
324.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
