I am at a new job and now able to focus on myself, I was 228 now I am 220 and I excersize everyday now. I am on a no whit flour or white sugar diet and I am trying to follow it. Yesterday I made a cauliflower soup it was awesome. Seeing the lbs leave feels so awesome!
