oh yes another lb slow and steady its very much like watching water boil or paint dry it does eventually but patience is is required
217.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is painful sometimes isn't it? I'm happy even if it's an ounce though.

used to pounds came off now my scale goes down in icrement of 2 ounces i will take that
