I am quite disappointed with my 0.4 pound loss. Last week was hard for me, I was able to average about 1500 calories/day and it felt like a struggle. I certainly went to bed hungry a few night. It was just one of those hard weeks.
My theory. . . I was retaining water last week and that is why my loss is not more. I project that next week I will have a big loss (2+ pounds) and it will even out for this week. My numbers for this week should have resulted in at least a pound. I will push through this week and hope to see 196 next Monday.
My percent of total weight lost is 7.81%, I am getting close to that 10% mark. When I do hit the 10% loss I think will do something special. Not sure what, any ideas?
This week I am starting week 12!
