1229 kcal Fat: 26.67g | Prot: 58.87g | Carb: 206.25g.   Breakfast: organic flax pumpkin granola, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, English Walnuts, Almonds, Strawberries, Blueberries. Lunch: honey, sourdough bread, wild rice, Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner: grapes, asiago romano cheese, Newman's own balsamic dressing, baby greens, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: lays baked chips, banana, grapes. more...
