Still sick. Maybe the unexpected drop is from dehydration, but I'm drinking plenty of water.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fluids definitely help. One time I broke a 103.5 degree fever in 4 hours simply by drinking lots of water. Keep pushing the fluids. You'll get better soon.
