covid 19 quarantine did me in
its my excuse
my surgery is scheduled I am. pushed to do something about my diet
so I can get through it. with out being in my worst shape
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
