It started with hurting my back. I couldn’t exercise for 2 weeks. That, along with Coronavirus isolating, made me fall off my diet and even stop recording my food. Tomorrow I’ll start walking 8k steps again, and I intend to start counting WW points again, although I don’t know if that will be tomorrow. Also I’m smoking again.
