Had a marvelous time n the Napa valley. Ate lots of good food, all legal. Tasted a fair bit of wine and enjoyed a lot of winery gardens.we had planned this as a garden tour and actually tasted in less than half of the wineries. We visited both Mumm and Domaine Chandon, since I love champagne. Chandon had an amazing reserve brut sold only at the winery that I got three bottles of, either for our big 30th party or my 60th birthday. I think I a can be strong and not open them for months. LOL I weight just what I weighed when I started, so o complaints. Off o my friend's birthday/retirement/mortgage burning party today. She is writing a cookbook on serving large parties, so the food will be amazing. I hope some will be on plan. She is diabetic, so it won't be so much sweet but hard to say for grains and beans in general.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
