Lots of work yesterday and even more today. I thought I ate enough to maintain the weight, but I'll need to try harder today!

As long as it doesn't fall below 150 for a sustained period, I'm in good shape 👍🏻
150.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
