I lost almost 2" in my waist in the last month. That is pretty good. I am going to amp up my workouts during this next month. I know that will slow my weight loss but rev up my inches lost.

I have a new addiction. I am adding a little heavy cream, a little cream cheese and some shredded cheddar to my veggies (squash, cauliflower) and it is SO good. I was craving squash casserole and this did the trick. I swear it was like eating mac'n cheese. I even added the mixture to some ground beef last night...good. I gotta watch it though. I know it's legal but something about it seems so bad.

Another good thing I made was a French onion. I peeled and cut the ends of an onion. I cored out the top and made a hole. I dropped a beef bouillon cube inside and packed it with butter. Wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven for an hour and a half. Added a slice of mozzarella to the top and it was to die for. Too bad there is so much sodium in the bouillon! That will be a rare treat.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
