Been very tired and battling to get myself moving. Have increased my calorie intake and this has made a difference. At least the weight is still dropping off even with the increase. Here goes to the next 2 weeks!
249.1 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.1 lb a week
