Ok, I'm back... after a couple of rough weeks, some med changes, sinus infection, TOM, and now I'm back on track. I've been exercising a lot less less because I have been feeling awful. As of today I'm determined, to start all over and get back on track. If I could get a good night sleep it will help.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Thanks Miz, I'm ready to re-focus, and while I haven't been bad on my diet as far as carbs go, I was hardly eating any fats, and that alone put me up several pounds. It's amazing what feeling better, and getting my ADHD meds adjusted can do. It truly helps me with my need to eat, and unlike most on these kinds of med, I'm hungry while it is in my system, but I crave veggies, and when I come off the meds is when I lose my appetite. Just glad I feel better.
