I went on the Bread for Life diet and the weight started coming off.
Eating up to 12 slices of bread a day works for me!
(Very little sugar)
152.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
