3 days no workout no logging. Back on track today.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup...I know the feeling...I skipped two days this weekend but got back on today!

Ugh I hate it when I do that but I’m glad I got back to it today. I really wanna pig out right now but I’m holding steady!!
