Overall this week I've done well, I'm ready to step it up, trying to get down to 200 by June!!! However with the challenge of 10% by the Summer, I need to lose 24.8 lbs, I'm down 20 so I just have 4.8lbs to go!! Yay Me!!
229.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
