YYYAAAAYYY!!! The slow and steady weight loss makes me happy because it means I am doing this right and the weight is gunna STAY OFF!!! I give the glory to God because I could not even begin to tackle my food obsession with out his unending Grace!! Thanks God - you are so good to me! :-)

221.4 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb. Still to go: 22.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
