I am always interested to see how my body reacts to food. This increase is a direct result of the pizza I ate last night. Homemade pizza bases with veggie toppings and no cheese - so it must something gluten related.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
