I fins that having a fairly substantial breakfast - then missing the mid day meal thing completely, works for me.

Also - making "choices" at every opportunity - as we don't accidentally eat too much
174.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
