I’ve been working out like crazy, 10,000 steps per day, abs exercises, jogging intervals. My body is tired! But it’s paid off, 2 1/2 pounds lost. I just need to get my eating under control, I feel I’m eating way too many carbs.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
