Another loss. :) Quite happy with this. :) Yesterday was a fast day and boy did I have a headache later in the day, so I ate a crab cake for dinner which helped a little and thought I'd be ok when I finally hit the bed but it seem to only get worse. The headache actually woke me up in the middle of the night, it was so bad it scared me a bit. Ever have a headache that you can feel pain in your ears too? That's what it was like. Took a couple Advil and went back to bed and I at least when I woke this morning to start my day its not to bad. Wonder if its a mix of my fast day and the fact that the pollen is so bad here as everything is blooming and my sinuses can't handle it???? Anyhow, today is feed day and I will be making my breakfast sandwich shortly, really looking forward to it. Then it will be cleaning day that includes steam cleaning the carpets. YIPPEE!! NOT!!! LOL I better get started, hope everyone has a fantastic day and stay focused on your goal. :)
