1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
candy bar snack :(
2 bowls salad, 1 bowl soup dinner

Large weight gain?? Hmmm.. Maybe salt from soup caused water retention. Will have to see
262.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
