Well, I'm back. My Fitness Pal didn't feel right. I got frustrated pretty quickly because I can't add odd quantities of very common food items, such as a large egg, a medium egg, a stalk or head of broccoli, or fractions of foods, etc. And everything was in standard units! When will the USA get on with the metric system. I live in Japan and it was extremely frustrating and time consuming to convert everything before putting it into the system.

I'm back to FatSecret, and intend to gain lean muscle with a less strict ketogenic or paleo diet. ;)
158.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
