Did my trainer mention that he put me on a low carb diet? I'm sticking to mostly vegetables and 2-3 servings of low sugar fruit, no starches, and it's actually working!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
