yesterday i weighed myself and i was actually 199.8 and i was oh no i gained 8 ounces but then again i was like its probably cause i've been weighing myself everyday.. but anways i've been doing really good.. i'm kinda that i'm doing so well with all the temptation in my house.. and for the first time i went out to dinner.. that wasnt easy.. cause my fiance was like fed up kinda lol.. but i dont care.. i've been going to the gym everyday this week and i feel pretty tired, maybe it cause i'm doing everything so strict compared to all the other times that i started over..
197.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

You can do it!!! My fiance gets fed up sometimes, but, when I cook for us...I make sure to include a dish like noodles or rice and some bread...he gets frustrated LOL b/c I don't want to go out to eat like I used to...there are just too many temptations...but I just have to learn to make wise choices...ya know??? hope ur having a great day!

You are doing so great! Tell your fiance he won't be so upset when you are looking like a hottie. My husband used to be frustrated with the meal choices, but after I started losing so much weight he is very supportive of my diet and will suffer through the low carb meals with me. We do make a side dish of potatoes or mac n cheese (carbs) for him and the kids when we cook at home. Keep it up. I wish my chart would start taking a dip like yours - that is awesome!
