9st 4.5 (half off at WW) Pleased with this as I'm going for my 50lb certificate at WW :) Trying to negotiate the perils of two meals out today but planning ahead has helped me make best choices rather than winging it!
130.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
