1 bowl cereal w/skim milk breakfast
1 Tbs ELOO mid meal
1 bowl chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
cookies snack
2 bowl homemade salad dinner
ice cream, 1 bowl pea soup after dinner
1 hr eliptical 922 calories

Cut out the snacks, keep the exercise and things should keep going better.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
