Water loss after the exercise bike session is incredible but can’t beat it as a form of a calorie burning workout - now to rehydrate 👍
179.5 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
