I'm still working out.. actually i didnt work out two days in a row.. thats probably why i didnt loose more, and also since i've been working out i havent been hungry..only 2 meals yesterday(not good at all)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Look at you go! 7 pounds in a week! Whatever you are doing - don't stop. I hope working out does the same thing for me!!!
