Did HIIT for the first time yesterday! I only did one 15 minute session because it was all my body could handle, but I have a feeling I’ll be doing it a lot more now!!!
310.0 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
