Well I knew I would not follow my diet completely but had no idea it would have this effect. Oh well sometimes you just have to have more discipline. Goal two pounds less in a week. Excercise here I come!!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
