Tough week, lost motivation on Sat. but did better today. Lazy today though. Things building to a head with hubby. Will only get worse this week. Will try to stay on track.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
