FOUR MORE POUNDS LOST!!!! So proud of myself! My body has been having to do a lot of adjusting lately so im very happy that i was still able to lose weight this past week.
Just left the blood lab at the local hospital in order to get my blood drawn for a hemoglobin check. Only just realized I will have to get more blood drawn for some other checks in a week or so bc I know my doc will want to get a check on my Vit D levels, etc.
Feeling really strong and positive. I can do anything if I really want to take the steps to do it. 62 pounds lost, 46 pounds to go! :D
