Trying to get back in the saddle again. REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get this weight off and off for good. Tired of being out of breath, tired of the back hurting and the knees hurting. I MUST stay focused and get this done. Would love love love to loss as much as possible by July, for two reasons, my daughter is getting baptized and I will be turning 48 IKES!!!! WOW how time flies and to think if I had stayed focused before I'd be a thinner person now. Welp can't dwell on the past as I can't change that so here's to today and the future.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
