Went to eat dinner at a friend, Sayuri's, house last night, and she prepared lots of Japanese foods. In a brief departure from my diet, I ate a bit of rice and fruit, but I don't feel guilty about it, haha. Her cooking was so delicious. The one thing I probably could have done without, though, was the strawberry mochi with red bean paste inside. I'm guessing that it was at least 20g of carbs in just two or three bites of dessert. And she sent 6 more of them home with us. Aside from the rice fruit and dessert, the diet was extremely healthy and fit my diet nicely. It was great, and my keto breath is back this morning, so I wonder if the carbs had much effect on me. I doubt it will be hard to get back into ketosis if I was knocked out. Still plan to do some research into gaining on keto/paleo today. May make a diet change soon.
