that little increase is not bad at all considering I ate a sandwich, pepper-steak pie and a burger roll yesterday! was definitely expecting a bit bloatiness than that 🥰
171.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
