Started lifting, people are saving they can see big changes in me, but the measurements haven't changed and I've gone up in weight... just don't get it
171.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
